Colour Enhancers for Driveways and Patios
During the sealing process, a colour enhancing solution can be added to the sealant to restore or re-colour block paving. Some sealants have no effect on the colour or finish of the surface, whilst others leave can have a noticeable effect on the colour and finish. If you’re looking to have even more control over the final colour of your paving to accentuate or deepen tones, then a colour enhancer treatment is what you’re after.
How do I enhance the colour of paving to achieve a ‘wet look’?
When paving or other hard surfaces are wet, they often show an enhanced, more vibrant colour. This can be recreated by using a gloss or wet-look sealant, however, if you have purposely designed a pattern within your paving, then being able to accentuate colours can help to make the most of your design – this can be achieved by treating the paving with a colour enhancer before applying the seal coat.
The depth and colour of the treatment is fully controllable – you can add as much or as little of the treatment to specific areas to achieve the desired effect.
